Juice Beauty Deal

Juice Beauty is currently running a new promo and they sent me an email about it. Buy any makeup product and use the code NEWYOU to receive a free organic lip moisturizer. It says it’s a $15 value so I’m assuming that means full size. They have some nice makeup, I gave some of their blush as a gift recently and the recipient later said they loved it. This offer is only good for three days so if you’re interested, better get moving! (Expires 2/2/2014, see their site for further details).

Shopping Math (Haul)

Generally, I am not a fan of math. Shopping math however, is a different story entirely. I had a $25 giftcard for my beloved Birchbox shop, so I decided to see how far I could stretch it. In a previous post, I wrote about how much I loved the Eyeko eyeliner I had received in one of my Birchboxes, and since I have run out now, that was the first thing in my cart ($15).

Next up, I decided it’s time for me to get a full sized bottle of Zoya Remove ($9.99). Especially since I made a rather large polish order in their recent promotion. When I tried the sample of Remove, I wasn’t thrilled with the scent, but I did find it to be really effective and it left my nails in really good shape. Can’t argue with results, so I’m going to see how I like using it on a more regular basis.

Lastly, I needed a new cleanser because I’m almost out of mine. I’ve been using Real Purity by Philosophy for a long time now. It’s a good cleanser and works well with my Clarisonic, but it sometimes makes my eyes burn, and I was hoping to find something a little more natural. I settled on the Kiehls Ultra Oil Free Cleanser ($18). I’ve never tried it before, but I’m hoping it will be good; I found alot of good reviews on it from various sites.

By this point, my total was well over $25… try more like $43. Shipping would’ve added another $6 or so, also. However, the Eyeko liquid liner ships free right now, meaning my whole order did. So I started with my $25 giftcard and free shipping. Next up, I had 100 Birchbox points, which took another $10 off. Lastly, I used the coupon code BBFRIENDS to take %15 off of my order. My final total? $1.54. Seriously, is it any wonder why I love Birchbox? πŸ™‚ I do have to admit that I rearranged my cart many times trying to decide on what to buy, and how to get the most for my money. Sometimes a little effort really pays off. Happy shopping, my friends!

This makes it possible to get discounts or even free full sized products. Get your own Birchbox here.

I have no affiliation with Birchbox, I’m just a satisfied customer/subscriber πŸ™‚

Zoya Color Your World Promotion

Looking for some new polish to start off the New Year? You’re in luck. Starting today and running through 11:59pm EST January 13th, you can get 3 FREE bottles of Zoya. The only catch is that the shipping is slightly higher, so those 3 bottles will cost you $10 (Shipping is normally $6.95). If you spend at least $25, however, your shipping is also free! The code is ZOYA2013

Three bottles of polish only come out to $24, so you would have to either buy something extra, or use a different combo of items. The new Pixie Dust polishes are $9 instead of $8 though, so if you’re buying one of those you can buy 3 polishes and get 3 free (like I did!). Keep in mind that the Pixie Dust polishes and the new spring Lovely collection are excluded from the promo, so if you want any of those they’ll have to be the ones you buy, not the freebies. I ended up getting Godiva, GeiGei, Julie, Blaze, Carly and Freeja. I’m currently wearing Zoya Storm, so I might do a review on that one with some pictures in case anyone is considering it. That’s all for now, leave a comment with what polishes you got! And if you don’t have a Zoya account yet, you can use my referral link and earn some STL points while you’re at it! Thanks! Lastly, I think nail treatments are also excluded from the freebies.

Here’s the official rules and restrictions

Flash Promos

Did you make your account at Zoya.com yet??

They have started their flash promos for the holidays, and some great deals have been popping up. Some of these coupon codes include free polish, free shipping, discounts and more. Usually these codes are very limited and they are posted randomly throughout the day and night. The deal may apply to the first ten people, the first 25, first 100, or even the first 1,000. To find out about the codes, you can follow Zoya on facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest, or their blog. Some deals will only appear on one site, others may appear on all of them.

So far, using the flash codes I’ve been able to score a code for ‘buy 2 polishes get 2 free (with free shipping)’, and then later I got one for a free Hot Lips gloss with free shipping. These are fantastic deals but they don’t last long at all! Be sure to make your account ahead of time so that you don’t miss out. Good luck!

Another side note, I got one of the Dream boxes (Merry Christmas to me) when they were on sale last week and I wanted to mention something about that. I previously said that the boxes were all velvet – which they were last year, but apparently they aren’t this year. The boxes still come nicely packaged inside of another nice little black cardboard box, and they also still have a magnetic closure. The inside of the box is velvety, but the outside is just a coated.. matte..box.. cardboard.. type material? How’s that for a great explanation? πŸ˜‰ Anyway, I just wanted to clear that up because I didn’t know they had changed. I prefer the all velvet ones, but the new ones are still nice. They are actually a great deal because they are $24 and they ship for free, so you’re getting the box for free also. You can choose from pre selected color sets, or make your own. I chose Ziv, Aurora, and Storm for my box and they look so pretty in person, I’ll post a pic later. The flash promos are just another great reason to love Zoya, I don’t know any other company that goes for days on end randomly posting sales and freebies as a holiday gift to their customers, it’s awesome!

That’s all for now, go make your Zoya account!

Another Polish Promo

Now through 11/15/2012 you can get a FREE Zoya nailpolish with any non-spoon purchase at Zoya.com! Use the code DTN13

Also, the STL points rewards are up for this month. They have the usual free shipping with 75 points, a free nail polish & hot lips balm with $10 purchase for 200 points, and the $5, $10, and $20 off deals for various point amounts. I’m especially excited about the polish and lip balm deal, maybe I’ll get a little something for myself while Christmas shopping. πŸ™‚

The Gilty Pleasures gift set is now going for $45, and you can purchase just the gold flake top coat on it’s own for $35. What do you think, would you pay $35 for one bottle of polish? I wouldn’t.

Baublebar also seems to be having a promo until 11/15. If you spend $50 or more you can receive a little Stila makeup palette, lip gloss, and a bangle bracelet using the code BBHOLIDAY (It says the retail value of this gift is $50. Returned orders must either return the gifts, or the retail value is deducted from your return – so keep that in mind).

Here’s a little update on my review for Zoya Remove polish remover. Now that I’ve gotten used to it, the scent really doesn’t bother me as much as it did initially. I also feel like I’ve gotten a bit spoiled using this stuff because it works so quickly and leaves my nails looking so clean. My little sample bottle is almost empty so I’m pretty sure I’ll be purchasing a larger bottle. That’s all for now, have a great week everyone!

Don’t Miss Out!

Just a quick update to let you guys know that Zoya has been hinting on Twitter that there could be a promotion coming this week, likely on Wednesday. It seems to be one of those that is exclusive to people who have accounts, so if you haven’t made one yet, what are you waiting for? You can use my referral link here, if you’d like.

Promo Time Again

Now through July 5th at 11:59pm EST, place an order of $10 or more from Zoya and use the code FREEDOM2 to receive a free, full sized bottle of nailpolish in the color America plus free shipping on your order. Not valid with other coupons. America is a bright, pure red and one of their best selling colors, so go check it out!

If you don’t have a Zoya account yet, making one with a Share The Love referral link (like the one at the top) should give you a code for a free polish, and Zoya often gives out STL points for various reasons. So go check it out!
